The goal is to reflect on the material from this unit and start applying that information to understandings of the world we live in (critical thinking). There are no correct or incorrect answers. Please answer the prompts to the best of your ability and do not consult sources outside of the course text. Provide clear, detailed responses in complete sentences that follow standard academic English. Answering each question with only one sentence may result in half-credit. All questions must be answered for credit on the assignment. Reflections may be written in the form of a short essay that addresses all the prompts.

1. What theory or concept was the most interesting from this module? What information surprised you in some way? Need Assignment Help?

2. How has your understanding of your social world changed after going through this unit? Or how did information from these chapters clarify observations you started to have about your social world? This unit covered government, economy, stratification, and crime. What new understanding do you have of the influence the government and economy have on our social interactions and how we perceive others? How has your understanding of deviance and crime changed?

3. Practice writing a research question or identify a research problem based on the information from this unit. Using your sociological imagination practice writing a research question or identify a research problem based on the information from this unit. How might you go about answering that question or using theories/concepts from this unit to provide a solution?

4. What theory or concept was unclear or what would you like to know more about moving forward? (Answer this question for full credit on the assignment. If nothing was unclear then explore something that you found interesting from the unit and would like to know more about. A response such as "nothing was unclear" or "n/a" will result in a grade penalty.)

Part 2:

How can you use that perspective or understanding to heal or make your social world better?

3. Did you accomplish your personal learning goal set at the beginning of the course? Why or why not?

4. How are you going to use this information moving forward? What role, however small, will sociology continue to play in your academics, personal interactions, and professional world?
