Problem: Please help with ideas and information for me to write a research paper on Dr. W. Edwards Deming. I will write the paper myself, I just want assistance getting started.
Topics of interest in this paper should include: brief biography of Dr. Deming, his work in Japan after WW2, his 14 Points, his System of profound Knowledge, his understanding of common and special cause variation and management's response to these two types of variation and his understanding of the concept of statistical control. Also, please include his later work in the US with different companies. The paper should include 4 or 5 references and the length of the paper should 900 to 1100 words.
