Understanding nurturing behavior

Problem:

Base off my person personality, he has a understanding nurturing behavior. His affectionate interacts with our kids indicates in his past he may had lacked nurturing. In this perspective, I believe this encourages him to be the supportive figured to his kids and myself while growing up. Also, his tendency to maintain harmony in our household and avoiding conflicts leads to reflecting on deeper fears of rejection or conflict rooted in early experiences. With this, he tends to hesitate when confronting issues.

To apply on myself, both my husband and I do have behaviors in unconscious motives. I realize the importance of being mindful of the unconscious influences that shape our behaviors. I do understand both of us have actions rooted in subconscious motives, and I want to engage in discussions that help uncover the feelings and motivation.

I also understand how important it is to pinpoint protective mechanisms in our dialogue. I am aware that we occasionally use unconscious tactics, such as denial or justification, which might obstruct sincere discussions. I think we can create a path toward better communication if we can both learn to identify when we are employing these strategies.

Overall, reflecting on our early experiences, I want to expand more on examining how our childhood dynamics influence our now family structure. I do hope to gain insights into how these factors shape our parenting styles and communication patterns. Need Assignment Help?
