Find an example of a real project. Feel free to use a project from your professional or personal experiences, or research (i.e., the Olympics, a movie, building the Titanic). Describe the project in terms of its scope, time, and cost goals. Try to assess what went right and wrong on the project and the role of the project manager. Also, describe whether you consider the project to be a success or not and why.
