Voices affects his sleep. He verbalized worsening depression symptoms. Client said with the risperidone he can try to ignore the voices but they are very present. Risperidone 3mg at HS ahs not been effective with hallucinations. Sister said in 2023, the client had a bad episode. Sister said in 2023, he had an incident that led to him being arrested for 4th degree assault on May 22nd 2023 with Case number 3A042445 (Assualt 4th degree) and 3A0521046 (Protection order violation) (VILATION OF PROBABTION). Sister said he had a court session on Monday 11/17/25. Sister said he had missed his probation because he was homeless and Sister had not seen him by then.
