My training proposal is for a cybersecurity awareness course for new hire customer service representatives. The policy-based training program I will provide for my customer service reps will use an array of real-life scenarios reflecting the diversity of customers. I can also ensure that the jargon used in the training is inclusive. The organization views the training as essential to ensuring employee compliance with company policy on customer data protection. When creating the training program, consider the learner's needs and abilities to accommodate the course accordingly. (Ross, 2019) When giving the course, the trainer should be able to adapt to the trainees, allowing them to foster an inclusive environment. By doing so, I will keep the courses small, with ten people being the maximum number of participants. I will also ensure the removal of any unconscious bias from any hypothetical materials.
