Assume that you are an expert on the selected TQ model/method (Continuous Quality Improvement). Prepare a paper defending your selected TQM model/method in which you identify a specific TQ model/method and present it to your organization's leadership so that they can incorporate it into the organization's strategic planning process.
Note: The organization is Import/Export of Craft supplies. Our company wholesales the products throughout North America. The management of the company is very old fashioned. One owner, one manager, and about 45 employees including 2 people in the accounting department.
