Servantes: Investigation Plan
This assignment requires the drafting of an investigation plan for the case. Each case should if such a plan in order for the attorneys to be able to provide thorough and competent representation.
Based on the findings and other facts you already know about the case, your lawyer asks you to prepare an investigation plan. Remember that a good investigation builds in a natural flow as it progresses.
Your plan should consider what evidence should exist and its probable location. Because one item of evidence leads to another, your plan needs to be flexible to allow the evidence to build. The plan should include at least 12 issues with at least five questions for each issue.
To ensure that everything is conducted properly and in accordance with the rules of evidence, cite the rule along with the steps, wherever possible. Also, include a short note describing the rule.
