The Power of Positive Feedback
This week we are discussing the importance of positive feedback. Answer these questions:
- Is it important to tell someone they are doing a good job or should we just expect it from them?
- After all, we are paying them to do a good job. Isn't the feedback for a job well done a continued paycheck?
- Is there any research to support positive feedback? To refute it?
- If we give positive feedback regularly does it become meaningless?
