Think of a crisis situation you are familiar with involving a group, team, organization, company, or a country and analyze it in terms of leaders and followers. For example, were the followers looking for a specific kind of behavior from the leader? Was the company failing, was the country failing, etc. and explain the situation for putting that particular leader in control. Did the situation, in fact, contribute to that particular leader’s emergency or decline? Explain why.
