There is no shortage of discussion in the press regarding corporate scandals and misbehaviour of individuals in position of trust. You are required to work with your assignment partner to analyse, debate and make your stand onthe topic below using appropriate examples.

Part 2 (1,500 words):
There have been numerous corporate fraud cases in the past decades, most of which caused the companies affected to subsequently experience financial difficulties and embarrassment. You are required to research on twodifferent fraud cases which took place in the recent 5 years and discuss the fraud types, how they wereexposed and provide your views on how they could have been prevented.
Three (3) marks will be awarded for overall grammar and expression.
