There is a lot of research on motivation in the workplace, motivation in personal lives, and motivation for taking social action. Do a little searching and try to find some solid information about this. Share some of the different ways that people might be motivated. Then try to brainstorm ways that you might design messaging to appeal to an audience that responds well to those particular kinds of motivation.
