The Uberman sleep schedule is a method of "hacking" your brain into falling into REM sleep within a couple of minutes of falling asleep. This requires taking six, 30-minute naps throughout the day for a two-week period of time. If you had a friend who wanted to try this out, what consequences would you warn them about this procedure? What benefits would you describe to entice them back into the wonderful world of sleep? Could this be done for a working adult?
