360-degree feedback has become a significant part of most of the performance management systems. It gives employees with performance feedback from supervisors, co-workers, peers, and customers, and for managers and their direct reports. The performance feedback is generally a part of a developmental plan and is frequently a part of the organization's performance appraisal process, as well. Though, 360-degree feedback has come under criticism in most of the organizations. In this DQ, explore the merits and criticism that this widely-used method has encountered.
