The propellor is situated at the end of the tunnel wherethe

An engineer is designing a subsonic wind tunnel. The testsection is to have a cross-sectional area of 4m2 and anairspeed of 60m/s. The air density is 1.2kg/m3. the areaof the tunnel exit is 10m2. The head loss through thetunnel is given by hL =(0.025)*(VT2/2g), whereVT is the airspeed in the test section.Calculate the power needed to operate the wind tunnel.Hint: assume negligible energy loss for the flowapproaching the tunnel, and assume atmospheric pressure at theoutlet section of the tunnel. Assume α=1.0 at alllocations.

Also, the propellor is situated at the end of the tunnel wherethe area is 10 m2 (rigth before the tunnelis opened to the atmosphere). So I used the energyequation, but I have two unknows: pressure P of thetest section, and the shaft work hT orhP (I am not sure if it is a pump or aturbine).
