The Judicature Act Cap 8, Laws of England:

Therefore the sources of England law are specified in the Judicature Act 1967, S.3(1) of that states in which the jurisdiction of the High Court and the Court of Appeal, and all subordinate courts shall be exercised within accordance by as:

(i)     the constitution; and

 

(ii)   subject thereto, "all other written laws", (including certain Acts of Parliament of the United Kingdom that are cited in Part I of the Schedule to the Act), one is

 

(iii) subject thereto and so far as aforesaid written laws do not extend or apply:; as

                        (a)        is the substance of the common law; and

                        (b)        the doctrines of equity, last is

                        (c)        statutes of general application in force in England on 12th August 1897.

S.3 (2) states like as "the High Court, the Court of Appeal and all subordinate courts shall be guided through African customary law in civil cases whether one or more of the parties is subject to or affected with it hence far just like it is applicable and morality or inconsistent is or not repugnant to justice with in any written law".
