The inculcation of Islamic values was implemented to embed the Islamic values in managing and leading public administrators towards goodness. However, we still hear cases of mismanagement and misconduct among public administrators. From the management point of view, the main reasons for these problems are disequilibrium and misuse of power. Explain how disequilibrium and misuse of power could lead to mismanagement and misconduct among public administrators.
