As one of the corner stone concepts of this course, the directional shift in human resource management to the increased reliance on quantative measures of performance versues intutive decision based on aspiration, human capital matrics(also known as predicitive analytics) is a subject for increased intrest going forward. This literature review asks students to review the literature in this area, both traditional and current. Materials may include calssics that date into the early years of the 21st century, but should also include sources dated in the the last 5-10 years. The page length of the Literature Review should be between 4-6 pages.
To complete a comperhensive and current search of relative articles, books and other sources related to the subject of human resource/human capital metrics and predicitive analytic.
