In your opinion, should the U.S. government be able to suspend due process and civil liberties during dangerous times?
This what I put and I want if it is good or what could be added.
No the United States should not suspend an individual civil liberties.
The government must respect the fifth and fourteenth amendments as citizen should not have their rights revoked or illegal seizure of property.
We are a nation of laws and thus we fellow the letter of the law and not our emotions. A citizen should be in a cell without a trial.
