Every job that is out there is evaluated by the employee's performance. The employer want to make sure that the employee is doing their job and doing their job well. But sometimes that employer does not concern the job environment when they are evaluating the employee's performance.
I believe that the environment is a big key to the performance. I know at my job right now there is a lot of stress because they are changing management. Some do not believe that the person that got the job should have the job, ( I am one of those people).
The person did do their job before they became a manager and people think that this person is not going to do their job now that they are in a management position. So that type of environment makes for slow production in the workplace.
