The declaration of independece contends that whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of individual life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness .. "it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish" Under what circumstances if any should we personally exercise this right ? what conditions must prevail for us to act to alter or abolish our form of government
