One of the key objectives of this course is to integrate our Christian faith with business principles and practice. Students will work to conduct research and develop a case study primarily focused on the Christian values of Truett Cathy, founder and CEO of Chick-Fil-A, and their positive effect on the Chick-Fil-A organization. The results of this case study should demonstrate how the consistent and proper application of Christian values within a workplace can positively influence the culture of that organization and contribute to its success. The case study should show a relationship between the Christian values of Truett Cathy and how these Christian values influence the major operations decisions as described in Chapter 1 of the text: Process, Quality, Capacity and Inventory.
