Question: The followings clauses are found in an agreement between a bank and a hire of a safety deposit box at the bank
The Bank shall not be responsible to the customer nor be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the contents of the safety Deposit Box arising directly or indirectly from
i. the loss of Customer's Keys, or
ii. acts of persons impersonating the Customer or its authorized persons or
iii. acts of other customers of the Bank or persons whilst at the Bank premise: or
iv. negligence of the Bank employees, servants or agents; or
v. natural calamity, acts of God flood or lightning; or
vi. fire or explosion
