At high temperature the leakage current  of junction J₂ increases. This leakage  current is collector  current of tr₁ and Tr₂. So rise in temperature  increases leakage current  which is  responsible  to increase I_C1 and I_C2  then (α₁ + α₂  ) tends to unity  and thyristor  will get tumed on.
