SWOT Analysis has is used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or campaign initiated by our organization.
Strengths:
* Triple As Home supports local abused women and their children.
* One of our duties is to help continue to modify and enhance the domestic Violence Act to help best serve the survivors of domestic violence, so that they can work in the field with advocacy and public education.
Weakness:
* We could be faced with a problem with the lack of funds from donors and rescinding of pledges due to the global recession, which means that they are highly affected by outsource donation support.
* Burnout of social workers and activists.
* Sometimes, we can have a backlash on the women's issues that can cause a bad effect on the organization.
Opportunities:
* We will organize different campaigns that cover all domestic violence issues in the country, that will help make the organization more well known among individuals.
* All of our news is always monitored, for example, in the newspaper, so that it can make the organization more trustworthy.
Threats:
* We might not get financial support which may put the organization and the abused women and their children in trouble.
* Because hard work is required in this organization it can make many volunteers avoid helping or joining this kind of organization.
