Question: Supronics Corp., a manufacturer of ordinary types of lipsticks and nail polish, agreed to sell Hillmor Sales a small quantity of nail polish and lipsticks at close-out prices. Supronics then "pulled" the order so as to combine it with a larger shipment to another larger retailer. Hillmore demanded that Supronics go through with the contract and deliver the goods requested based on the remedy of specific performance- that the merchandise was unique and purchased at close-out prices.
