However the High Court has jurisdiction under S.65 (2) of the Constitution to supervise a number of civil or criminal proceedings earlier any magistrate's court or court-martial and can make such orders, condition such gives and write such directions as it may judge appropriate for the purposes of ensuring such justice is duly administered through such court.

Admiralty Jurisdiction

Whether High Court is constituted a court of admiralty, through S.4 of the Judicature. Through Act for the purpose of exercising 'admiralty jurisdiction into all matters arising on the high seas or in the territorial waters, or  other navigable inland waters or may upon any lake in England'.  However law applicable to such conditions is the Admiralty of England as well like 'the comity of nations' and 'international Laws'.
