Write a paper discussing what you think are the most important supervisory challenges and limitations in the modern workplace. How do these challenges reflect society? How has workplace supervision changed over the last 50 years and why? Explain how these changes influence strategic planning and the role supervisors play.
Support your paper with a minimum of four resources, which may include your required text(s). In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 4 to 6 pages, not including title and reference pages
Your paper must demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA 6th edition standards.
