You have examined several theories regarding organizational culture, and also examined the importance of leaders accurately assessing the organizational culture in order to implement change in the Davis and Cates article (2018). Use the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument. provided in the appendix of this pdf to assess your current, previous, or anticipated future organizational culture.

Your Initial Post:
1. Summarize the results of the OCAI by describing your organization's culture using theoretical terminology.
2. Do you feel that the OCAI is a useful tool for clarifying organizational culture for leaders? Why or why not?
3. As a leader or manager, why and when might you use the tool to assess others' perception of the culture of your organization?
4. Do you feel that there is a better alternative to examining organizational culture? Explain your opinion and support it with evidence-based practice.
