a) Summarize the major points of Alstom's ethics/compliance policy.
b) Who has to abide by this policy?
c) How do they make sure that the necessary employees abide by the policy?
d) Analyze the major points of Alstom's ethical practices. What do you feel are the best and most innovative parts of their policy? Can you think of anything they could add that would strengthen the program?
