Product Proposal:
The product selected is sportswear, mainly t-shirts, slacks and shorts that could be used for any time of the year and any climate. This is a unique product which will be made with a material that is suitable for all seasons. Market analysis will allow us to assess the demand and position the product. The target audience would be mostly men and women within an age group of 18 – 55 who are activate in the sports arena. Sports team, like soccer, would be a great target market.
The company chooses marketing strategy to differentiate their brands so as to position itself competitively. It will be marketed in Europe with primary focus in England due to the fact that it is a soccer crazy country. China will be another huge market to sell the product when a solid foundation had been established.
