Assessment brief: Wedding Ceremony Project
Having developed the high level strategies of your business in Strategic Management your group is then required to turn your attention to implementation. Assuming that any construction and fit-out has been outsourced to a contractor in full, you are required to develop a project plan for the pre-opening phase of your concept. It should address the functional-level work required with the major focus being on human resource planning and/or marketing and/or technology.
Assessment: Project Charter
Adopting an appropriate PMBOK-related format, your group is to submit a Project Charter that outlines the project work to be completed. Your charter should detail:
1. Project background and description
2. Project scope
3. Project objectives and success criteria
4. Project stakeholders
5. Timeframe and budget estimates
6. High level project risk assessment.
