They can be illustrated as follows, the health organization can have a vision statement that shows the future scope of a health organization which is intended to make the business or service delivery stronger. The mission statement would show what is the current scope of the organization, who the organization is, what it does just to mention a few (Swayne, L. E., Duncan, W. J., & Ginter, P. M, 2008). On the other hand, the values can be illustrated by setting up the beliefs, characteristics and the expected code of conduct for the health organization's staffs and volunteers. KRA would specify the areas where the health organization expects to measure and assess and evaluate the results with relevance to different categories of the hospital. Also here the hospital states how it expects to achieve its objectives that are long-term and the set strategic priorities. KRA drivers refer to the elements that connect the KRA and all the set priorities because they help achieve the success of the hospital. For example, the availability of resources and the government policies. Also, the issues and trends that result from the environment like staffs, needs, and the skills are more factors that influence the shaping process too.
