Steam enters a reversible, adiabatic (isentropic) turbine at 8 MPa and 550 oC with a mass flow rate of 3.6 kg/sec. The pressure of the steam flow at the turbine exit is 250 kPa. Neglect the changes in potential and kinetic energies of the flow through the turbine.

a) Calculate the exit temperature

b) Calculate the power output from the turbine
