• Visit the IRS website. Take notes on the IRS view about the advantages and disadvantages of various business structures. Then visit the Small Business Administration's information page on the advantages of different business structures.
From the first e-Activity, select the legal structures for a business you would like to start. Prove a rationale for your response.
• Assume that your best friend is starting a business and wants you to invest. Using the first e-Activity, speculate on which legal structure would make you most comfortable as an investor. Support your response.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
