Do you agree or disagree that a sovereign state must be accountable to a world body which is not elected however appointed?
I disagree for the given reasons. First of all if a "sovereign" state is accountable to a world body then it is no longer sovereign. Joining a world body like the United Nations on a voluntary basis is one level of accountability however being voluntary and non-binding it permits each individual nation to retain its own sovereignty.
