This week the student is faced with two serious issues that the world is facing in the 21st century; 1) immigration, and 2) terrorism. Although they may appear to be different they are interlinked in how public policy should be addressed. This week's paper addresses these two issues and how government should address both at the same time. This is an opinion paper that one would use in a debate with government officials. The idea of the paper is to state your opinion of how these challenges are interlinked and must be addressed together. The paper will also display how these two challenges affect citizens and what public officials should consider prior to making public policy initiatives.
