Much debate exists within the policy considerations regarding proper education. While funding has been a hot topic of debate, increasing funds available is only part of the consideration as such funds would still require designation; it is this latter part that often goes without proper scrutiny.
Your Question: If Texas should increase available funding for education, should such funding be earmarked for teachers? In other words, is there a clear connection between teacher pay and student outcomes which would justify such an increase in teacher pay?
