Problem
Coral reefs have the greatest diversity of animals than any other environment in the sea. Around the world some have been protected and others not. Where they are not protected, their decline can be traced back to human activity. Most are adjacent to developing countries like Indonesia and the Philippines. Should developed countries help the local people halt this decline? Why or why not?
