Arizona State University permanently revoked the charter of a fraternity that held an inappropriate party "celebrating" MLK Day. Some black activists called for the expulsion of any student who attended the event; do you think these students should be expelled? Should they be charged with a hate crime as advocated by some people shown in the video. Should a university be able to regulate the off campus behaviors of their students?
