Problem:
"...individual with poor or low personal ethics have a hard time in the profession realm".
I agree with this statement as it describes what is commonly referenced as the problem in employer-employee relationships in regard to ethics. But what about when the short-coming in ethical standards comes from the employer, as opposed to the employee? What if the employee is not in a position where he can just up and leave the company?
