1. The public sector is under pressure to improve performance and at the same time contain expenditure growth. Residents are demanding that governments be made more accountable for what they achieve with taxpayers money. Please discuss one method local governments can use, to assist in achieving this goal.
2. Please discuss ways you believe local government can become more open, transparent, and accountable to constituents.
3. Share one local government issue (discuss increasing minimum wage to help alleviate poverty) that interests you, and explain why and how you would go about addressing this issue in your career.
