Sexual explicit displays throughout the workplace

Problem: An art studio is a comprehensive, broad-based artist colony, with all forms of artwork.  Its employees are teachers of various genres of the art world - including painting, sculpture, photography and film.  Students learn about the history of the discipline, and have the opportunity to practice and develop their own skills.  Consequently, there are copies of famous artwork - including photos, sculpture and paintings - many of which depict nudity and some rather unusual behavior.  Students can attempt to reproduce these themselves.

From time to time, models are brought in for painting, sculpture, and photography.  Some of these involve nude modeling.  As a result, some of the work created by the students is also displayed throughout the studio.  Cathy is hired as a custodian for the studio, and after a couple of weeks, complains to the studio manager that she is offended by the sexually explicit displays throughout the workplace, and threatens a sexual harassment charge.
