Problem:
Larry presented worried and oriented x4 as engaged in session with a distressed mood and full effect. Larry came in to the office to inform the counselor how his ER visit went. He stated, "It did not go good, they found cancer in my liver the size of a softball." The counselor received the faxed information from CRMS hospital from Larry's stay. He confirmed that this raise will be beneficial for his continued progress is treatment.
