1. Repeat the experiment above by changing the values corresponding to one array. See how much the array mean can go down without the F-test showing a significant difference.
2. Perform the Model I test on the two data sets obtained above. How do the conclusions of the Model I and Model II (randomized block design) compare? Compare the values of the F-statistic, MSE, the degrees of freedom, and the power of the two tests.
