Use a range of information sources to research and report on:
- The hospitality industry and how your organisation tits within it
- Legislation relevant to the hospitality industry and how it applies to your organisation and role
- The role of technology in the hospitality industry
- Staying up to date with current issues and trends.
- An Industry Report Template has been provided to help you. You will share the information developed in the Industry Report with your assessor in an email in Step 3 of this assessment.
- Complete the Industry Report using a computer and keyboard and MS Word or a similar word processing package.
