Rights of inspection:

The registers and documents are subject to the following rights of inspection:

(a)     The company's members are entitled to inspect them, free of charge, during business hours for at least two hours each day.

(b)     Debenture holders of the company are entitled to inspect, free of charge, the register of debenture holders and, during the period beginning fourteen days before the date of the company's annual general meeting and ending three days after the date of its conclusion, the register of directors' shareholding.

(c)     Any member of the public is entitled to inspect the register of directors and secretaries and the register of debenture holders on payment of a prescribed fee not exceeding two shillings for each inspection.
