Registers and documents - registered office:
The following registers and documents are also kept at the company's registered office:-
i. The register of members, and if the company has one, the index of members, unless the register is made up elsewhere, in which case they can be kept where they are made up. Where the register and index (if any) are made up by an agent, they may be kept at the agent's office (s.112 - 113).
ii. The register of directors and secretaries (s.201(1))
iii. The company's register of charges (if the company is a limited company) (s.105(1)).
iv. A copy of any instrument creating any charge requiring registration under Part IV of the Act (s.104).
v. The register of debenture holders (s.88(1).
vi. The register of directors' interests in shares in, or debentures of, the company or associated companies (s.196(1)).
vii. The minute books of general meetings (s.146(1)).
