1.) Think are necessary and why?
2.) Explain how the measure is paid for,
3.) If the measure has had an increase or decrease, and why? Then, we will discuss ways to generate revenue- what approach should Florida take in raising revenues? Should the Governor create a state income tax? Should he increase the sales taxes? Or should the Governor consider lowering taxes as a way to generate economic growth?
