In my free time, I love going to the beach, painting, and baking, anything that lets me relax and be creative. I currently work as a Senior Care Team Lead, a role I really enjoy because it allows me to support others and grow as a leader. One of my biggest goals is to become a counselor for teenagers. Because of that, I'm especially interested in researching topics related to the teenage mind. Two subjects I would like to explore further are: What factors influence the way teenagers think and behave, and How different environments or experiences shape their emotional and mental development. These topics would absolutely be considered behavioral research because they focus on understanding how people act, think, and respond to different situations. Studying teens' thought processes and behaviors falls directly under that category. I believe research in this area can make a meaningful impact. By learning more about what affects the teenage mind, we can better understand their needs, challenges, and motivations.
